This Savoury Selection from The Bread & Butter Project includes two handmade pastries - a Ham and Swiss Cheese Mini Danish and a Spinach and Feta Slipper. The Mini Danish is built on an enriched, hi-protein dough layered with smoked Australian pork ham, Swiss cheese, and a tomato relish with just enough sweetness to balance the salt. The Spinach and Feta Slipper is soft and pillowy inside, filled with spinach, feta, ricotta, and a gentle warmth from garlic and cracked black pepper ... yum.
